YRRC COACH EMILY HAS BEEN RUNNING SINCE JOINING THE YRRC IN 2009. SHE HAS COMPLETED 14 MARATHONS AND NUMEROUS OTHER RACE DISTANCES.

“Running with the YRRC has improved my performance as well as my enjoyment of the sport. I’ve worked with every coach our run club has had since I started running in 2009, and each one has helped me in their own way.

My training strategy is to be diligent and consistent, incorporating running workouts, strength training and nutrition planning to help me reach my goals. I would love to help a runner succeed and achieve their fitness goals with a customized running training plan.
